Esprit Mascot is a mixed use, residential development located within the Mascot Station Urban Renewal Precinct.

Esprit consists of 485 apartments across three 14 storey buildings, ranging from terraces to spacious two bedroom apartments. At ground level active retail space spills to a linear community park. Generous lobbies and internal walkways are punctuated by double height void spaces encouraging natural light and air flow.

Esprit was designed in answer to a changing city where residents need to be connected to its activity whilst also retaining a sense of privacy and sanctuary. The varying building form, interacting with landscape, and providing a combination of natural robust materials such as sandstone and faced brick, achieves a unique sanctuary.

A raised internal private garden acts as an internal courtyard for residents to connect with other owners in a relaxed natural setting.  A large community park running parallel to the retail tenancies encourages activation of the landscaped spaces and connections to surrounding developments, maintaining pedestrian desire lines and site cohesion.

Horizontal and vertical architectural elements have been used to increase privacy, acoustics and solar performance, whilst adding to the dynamic nature and definition of the development. The base of each building has been articulated with natural sandstone to create a visual and tactile experience that brings character with inserts of faced brick to feature areas.
